Refund policy

At CoreVanta, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund — in line with EU consumer law.

Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. compression wear) are excluded if the seal has been broken.

How to return: Email us at [your contact email] with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.
